Lot 334:
Wolf Military Classic .45 Auto Ammunition 230 Grain FMJ Steel Case
Sold for: $70
Description
This lot consists of three boxes of Wolf Military Classic ammunition, totaling 150 cartridges. Manufactured in Russia, this product line is known for its use of cost-effective steel casings. The caliber is specified as .45 Auto (or .45 ACP), utilizing a 230 grain Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) projectile. The packaging clearly notes the use of a steel case and non-corrosive Berdan priming, a feature often associated with Russian and European military specifications. The rounds themselves feature dark grey steel cases, copper-jacketed projectiles, and brass primers, confirmed by the visible headstamps reading “.45 AUTO.” The ammunition is packaged in camouflage-patterned cardboard boxes, each marked for 50 cartridges. This type of ammunition is popular among shooters seeking high-volume practice rounds. No measurements are available as no scale is present.
