Lot 395:
Remington Model 700 Wood-Tech Composite Rifle Stock Modern Production
Sold for: $85
Description
A genuine Remington factory rifle stock designed for the popular Model 700 bolt-action rifle series. This is the “Wood-Tech” variant, characterized by its durable composite construction finished with a simulated walnut wood grain color, offering the aesthetic of traditional wood with the resilience of modern synthetic materials. The stock features integrated black, textured polymer grip panels on the fore-end and pistol grip for enhanced handling and weather resistance. The buttstock is fitted with a thick, black recoil pad clearly marked vertically with the “Remington” brand name. The stock is inletted to accept the Model 700 barreled action, consistent with configurations such as the SPS or BDL. Potential buyers should confirm the action length (Short Action or Long Action) required for their specific application, though the overall design is consistent with the standard Model 700 profile. Two metal sling swivel studs are present on the underside of the fore-end and buttstock. This stock represents a modern replacement or upgrade component for the Model 700 platform.
