Description
A collection lot of TULAMMO brand rifle ammunition manufactured by the Tula Cartridge Plant (TПЗ) in Russia. This lot consists of 120 total cartridges chambered in the popular .223 Remington caliber. Each cartridge features a 55 grain Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) projectile and utilizes a steel case construction. The ammunition is specified as non-corrosive and Berdan primed, with the primers presenting a brass or gold-colored finish visible upon inspection of the open box. The lot is packaged in six original factory black cardboard boxes, each marked with the TULAMMO logo, the TПЗ circular mark, caliber specifications (.223 Rem, 55 GR. FMJ), and the quantity of 20 cartridges per box. The packaging explicitly states “STEEL CASE NON-CORROSIVE BERDAN PRIMED” and “Made in Russia.” This type of steel-cased ammunition was widely imported and utilized in the US civilian market for target practice and general shooting prior to recent import restrictions.
