The tactical carrier is constructed from a 65 percent polyester and 35 percent cotton blend and features adjustable hook-and-loop fasteners at the shoulders and sides. An interior manufacturer label identifies the brand as Point Blank Body Armor, model GE, and specifies the size as 46/48 R. The label also contains handwritten notations in black marker reading 302 SFS L-17. This item is an empty outershell carrier and does not contain ballistic or stab-resistant inserts.
