Description
This lot consists of one custom fixed-blade knife featuring a Damascus steel blade with a visible wavy pattern. The blade is designed with a drop point profile, a slight recurve, and a notched spine near the handle. The handle is constructed with a reddish-brown wood bolster and dark green textured composite scales, secured by brass pins. A decorative circular mosaic pin with a red and gold pattern is set into the center of the green scales. The pommel includes a brass-lined lanyard hole. The knife is accompanied by a custom-fit leather sheath featuring a distinctive orange and black tiger-stripe pattern, white perimeter stitching, and a belt loop with two star-embossed snap fasteners. No maker marks or tang stamps are visible on the blade or handle.
Condition report:
The blade exhibits significant surface oxidation and rust throughout both sides, though the Damascus pattern remains visible. The cutting edge shows minor wear and requires cleaning and sharpening. The handle and leather sheath are in good, stable condition with only minor signs of use.
