Description
This Mossberg Model 500 Crown Grade Bantam is a 20-gauge pump-action shotgun featuring a 22-inch ventilated rib barrel with a blued finish and an Accu-Choke system. The barrel is chambered for 2-3/4 and 3-inch shells and is equipped with a single front bead sight. The receiver is marked on the underside with MOSSBERG NORTH HAVEN, CT U.S.A. 500 20 GA. and bears the serial number V1954188 on the left side. Barrel markings include MOSSBERG CHAMBERED FOR 2 3/4 AND 3 IN. SHELLS — 20 GA. – 22 IN. ACCU-CHOKE. The firearm is fitted with a checkered wood Bantam-sized stock and forearm designed for a shorter length of pull, ending in a brown rubber Mossberg-branded recoil pad. This lot includes the original factory box, model 54132, with a matching serial number label, an owner’s manual, a cable lock, and a Parent’s Guide booklet. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The shotgun is in excellent, like-new condition with the blued finish showing no significant wear or thinning. The bore is bright and clear. The action appears to function correctly, though we have not function-tested this firearm. The checkered wood stock and forearm are in excellent condition with no notable dings or scratches. The original factory box shows minor storage wear but remains structurally sound.
