Description
An assortment of antique and vintage watch chains and accessories, primarily in yellow metal and silver-tone finishes. The collection includes a group of pocket watch winding keys secured on a silver-tone ball chain. These keys feature brass-tone decorative handles with foliate and scrollwork motifs and steel-tone winding barrels. Some keys bear stamped numbers such as 3 and 7. Also included is a yellow metal multi-strand watch chain, likely gold-filled, featuring three strands of fine foxtail or woven chain. This chain includes a decorative slide set with one white and two red accent stones, and is fitted with a T-bar, a small spring ring, and a swivel clasp. A yellow metal curb link watch chain is present, featuring a long U-shaped vest hook at one end and a swivel dog clip at the other. Additional items include a yellow metal cable link chain with a swivel clasp and a large spring ring, a yellow metal chain with flat rectangular links and a swivel clasp, a yellow metal chain with elongated, textured patterned links, and a fine silver-tone box link chain with a spring ring clasp. Indistinct marks are present on several swivel clasps and T-bars but are illegible due to wear.

Items are in good to fair vintage condition consistent with age and use. Visible signs of wear include surface scratches, tarnish, and oxidation to the steel and base metal components. Significant wear to the gold-tone plating is observed on the curb link chain and vest hook.
