Description
This lot consists of 100 rounds of Federal American Eagle centerfire pistol ammunition chambered in .40 S&W. The cartridges are configured with 180-grain full metal jacket bullets and brass casings, intended for target shooting and training applications. Key markings on the packaging include the American Eagle brand name, the caliber designation 40 S&W, and the product code AE40R1. The boxes are also marked 50 CENTERFIRE PISTOL CARTRIDGES/CARTOUCHES and FEDERAL AMMUNITION. Each individual cartridge features a headstamp verbatim transcribed as FEDERAL 40 S&W. The ammunition is contained within two original red and black cardboard boxes featuring a bald eagle graphic, with the cartridges organized in white plastic internal trays.
Condition report:
The ammunition appears to be in original factory condition with clean brass casings and no visible signs of corrosion or oxidation. The primers are seated correctly and the full metal jacket projectiles show no dings or deformation. The cardboard packaging exhibits minor shelf wear, including slight creasing and fraying at the corners and edges, but remains structurally sound. The internal plastic trays are intact.
