Description
This Ruger Ranch Rifle is a semi-automatic rifle chambered in .223 caliber, designed for versatile utility and sporting use. The firearm features an 18.5 inch barrel equipped with a muzzle-mounted flash hider and a matte black finish on the metal components. The rifle is mounted in a black synthetic stock that includes textured grip panels on the forend and wrist, terminating in a ribbed rubber recoil pad. Sighting is provided by standard iron sights and a Sig Sauer Romeo5 red dot optic mounted to a GG&G Picatinny rail. Key markings on the rear of the receiver bridge include RUGER, RANCH RIFLE, and CAL. .223. The left side of the receiver is stamped with the serial number 581-40511 and manufacturer information for STURM, RUGER & CO. INC. SOUTHPORT, CONN. USA. The receiver also bears the warning BEFORE USING GUN-READ WARNINGS IN INSTRUCTION MANUAL AVAILABLE FREE FROM. Please note that no magazine is included with this lot. The rifle is accompanied by a black Allen brand soft-sided carrying case with external magazine pouches. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The firearm is in very good overall condition. The matte black finish is well-preserved, showing only minor surface wear and light handling marks consistent with moderate use. The synthetic stock is in very good condition with sharp texturing and a supple recoil pad. Some light oxidation is visible within the magazine well. The bore was not inspected. The action appears to function correctly, though we have not function-tested this firearm. The Sig Sauer optic appears functional with clear glass and secure mounting.
