Description
This lot consists of a Lee Precision two-die reloading set chambered for the 6mm MAX wildcat cartridge. The set is comprised of three primary components: one steel sizing die, one bullet seating die, and one universal shell holder. The dies are constructed of steel with a matte finish and feature knurled silver-tone locking rings for adjustment. The 6mm MAX is a high-pressure cartridge designed for the AR-15 platform, and this set is intended for use in standard 7/8-14 thread reloading presses. Key markings include the sizing die body incised with MAX-A3 and the shell holder incised with the number 4. The included paper insert is printed with LEE STEEL RELOADING DIES and 6MM MAX, further specifying the inclusion of a STEEL SIZING DIE and BULLET SEATING DIE. Condition report:
The reloading set appears in good, used condition. The steel surfaces of the dies and shell holder maintain a consistent matte finish with no significant rust, pitting, or impact damage visible. The knurling on the locking rings and adjustment knobs remains sharp and well-defined. The threads on both dies appear clean and undamaged. The red plastic case and clear lid show minor surface scuffing consistent with storage and light use but remain structurally sound.
