Description
This lot consists of a group of 17 miscellaneous firearm components primarily for a Mossberg Model 44US bolt action rifle chambered in .22 LR caliber. The collection includes a complete bolt assembly featuring a polished ball handle, a detachable box magazine, a trigger and housing assembly, and a receiver-mounted aperture peep sight. Additional items include a cylindrical sight component, one sling swivel, a V-shaped bracket, a spring-loaded lever, one long hex-head screw, six smaller screws of various sizes, one small coiled spring, and a flat metal lever plate. Key markings include the numerical sequence 861395 stamped on the cylindrical sight component. This lot is missing the receiver, barrel, and stock, and is offered as a collection of replacement parts. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The metal surfaces of the components exhibit a worn blued finish with visible surface oxidation and light rust throughout. The bolt assembly shows thinning finish on the body with some discoloration on the polished handle. The magazine and trigger housing show significant finish wear and minor surface pitting. The aperture sight remains intact with functional adjustment knobs, though it shows surface grime and light corrosion. Mechanical functionality of the individual components has not been tested.
