Description
This lot features a Smith & Wesson M&P9 M2.0 semi-automatic, striker-fired pistol chambered in 9mm, designed for duty or personal defense. The firearm is equipped with a 5 inch barrel and a Flat Dark Earth finish on the stainless steel slide, which is paired with a matching Flat Dark Earth polymer frame featuring an integrated four-slot accessory rail. The grip is aggressively textured and includes three additional interchangeable backstraps to customize the fit. Sighting is provided by a three-dot white sight system, and the frame includes an ambidextrous manual thumb safety. Prominent markings include the M&P 9 and M2.0 designations on the left side of the slide alongside the Smith & Wesson monogram logo. The right side of the slide is marked SMITH & WESSON and SPRINGFIELD, MA U.S.A. above a cautionary warning stating CAUTION-CAPABLE OF FIRING WITH MAGAZINE REMOVED. The barrel hood is stamped 9MM, and the serial number NJL0389 is visible on a metal plate on the frame. This pistol is accompanied by its original factory box with matching labels, a safety and instruction manual, two 17-round magazines with Flat Dark Earth base plates, and a green Lockdown cable lock. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The firearm is in excellent overall condition, retaining nearly all of its original Flat Dark Earth finish with only minor surface smudges and very light wear on the slide near the muzzle. The polymer frame and textured grip areas are well-preserved without significant marks or abrasions. The three-dot sights are clear and undamaged. While we have not function-tested this firearm, the action appears to function correctly and the magazines seat properly. The bore was not inspected but the firearm appears to have seen very little use.
