Description
This Hornady Custom-Grade New Dimension reloading die set is designed for .308 Winchester and is contained within a red molded polymer storage case. The set consists of three steel dies featuring threaded bodies and knurled adjustment rings. Verbatim markings on the case labels include Hornady CUSTOM-GRADE New Dimension Dies and 308 WINCHESTER Series I 2 Die Set FULL LENGTH. While the original packaging indicates a two-die configuration, this specific lot includes three individual dies. The interior of the case features a gray foam lid liner and a molded tray with a designated slot for a shell holder, though the shell holder is missing from this set.
Condition report:
The red polymer case shows evidence of use with surface dirt, scuffs, and wear to the paper labels including some tearing. The three steel dies exhibit minor surface oxidation and residual grease from previous reloading operations. The internal foam remains intact but shows some compression and discoloration.
