Description
This Heritage Manufacturing Inc. Rough Rider is a single-action revolver chambered for .22 caliber rimfire ammunition and is configured as a convertible model that comes with .22 LR & .22 WRM cylinder options. The firearm features a 4.75-inch barrel with a fixed blade front sight and a notched rear sight integral to the frame. The metal surfaces are finished in a matte black, and the revolver is fitted with orange and black laminate wood grips, which are identified on the factory packaging as cocobolo. Key markings include the left side of the barrel which is marked HERITAGE ROUGH RIDER .22 CAL and KEEP EMPTY CHAMBER UNDER HAMMER. The left side of the frame is marked HERITAGE MFG. BAINBRIDGE, GA. The right side of the frame is marked with the serial number 3PH173392 and the instruction READ MANUAL BEFORE USING. The installed cylinder is marked 22 LR, and the secondary cylinder is marked 22 WMR. This lot includes the original factory box, instruction manual, and a red cable lock. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The firearm is in very good condition, showing little to no signs of use or wear to the black finish. The bore is bright with sharp rifling. The single-action mechanism appears to function correctly, although we have not function-tested this firearm. The laminate wood grips are in excellent condition with no cracks or notable dings. The original box shows some light storage wear but remains intact.
