RCBS Small Base Two-Die Reloading Set .30-06 Springfield with Shell Holder
Sold for: $30
Description
This RCBS Small Base (SB) two-die reloading set is chambered for .30-06 Springfield and is designed for resizing brass to minimum dimensions for reliable chambering in various rifle actions. The set is housed in its original green plastic Omark Industries case and includes a sizing die with a decapping unit and a seating die, both featuring knurled tops and threaded steel bodies. Key markings on the side label include S B DIE SET .30-06, part number 14803, and the instruction USE SHELL HOLDER #3. The lot includes the specified #3 shell holder, an RCBS Reloading Dies instructional booklet, and one individual round of .30-06 ammunition with a brass casing and a pointed projectile.
Condition report:
The steel dies show signs of use with light surface oxidation on the knurling and threaded areas. The green plastic case is in good structural condition with minor exterior scuffs and a vintage retail sticker on the label. The instructional booklet is complete with light handling wear. The included .30-06 ammunition exhibits tarnish on the brass case and projectile; it appears to be a live round, though its functional state has not been tested.
