Description
This Bushmaster XM15-E2S is a semi-automatic rifle chambered in .223-5.56mm, configured in a traditional A2-style pattern. The rifle features a matte black finish on the upper and lower receivers and the barrel, paired with a greyish-black fixed A2-style polymer buttstock and black polymer ribbed handguards and pistol grip. The upper receiver is a fixed carry handle type with an integrated adjustable rear sight, while the barrel is equipped with a standard A2-style front sight post and a serrated flash hider. Key markings on the left side of the magazine well include the Bushmaster cobra logo and are transcribed verbatim as BUSHMASTER FIREARMS / BK1604124 / CAL .223-5.56MM / MOD. XM15-E2S. The right side of the receiver is marked B.F.I. ILION, NY U.S.A. along with SAFE and FIRE selector markings. The buttstock includes a trapdoor storage compartment in the buttplate and a rear sling swivel. This firearm is presented without a magazine. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The rifle is in good overall condition, showing light handling wear and scuffing, particularly on the synthetic buttstock. The matte black finish on the metal components remains largely intact with minor surface marks and scuffs. The action appears to function correctly, though we have not function-tested this firearm. The bore was not inspected.
