Description
This lot features a Smith & Wesson M&P 9 Shield semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm, designed for concealed carry and personal defense. The firearm is equipped with a 3.125-inch barrel and features a matte black finish on the slide paired with a black textured polymer frame. The slide is fitted with fixed three-dot sights for rapid target acquisition. Key markings include the model designation M&P 9 SHIELD and the manufacturer logo on the left side of the slide, while the right side is marked SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD, MA U.S.A. and includes a safety warning stating CAUTION-CAPABLE OF FIRING WITH MAGAZINE REMOVED. The barrel hood is stamped 9MM and the frame bears the serial number JEM8291 on a metal plate. This lot includes 3 mags, consisting of two stainless steel magazines (one flush-fit and one extended with a grip sleeve) and one black extended magazine with a textured grip sleeve. Additional accessories include a gray zippered soft case with handwritten markings, an M&P Safety & Instruction Manual, and a fragment of the original factory box label matching the firearm’s serial number. Condition report:
The pistol is in good used condition, retaining a high percentage of its original matte black finish with only light surface handling marks and minor wear consistent with standard use. The polymer frame and textured grips are well-preserved without significant gouges or damage. The three-dot sights are intact and clear. The action appears to function correctly, though we have not function-tested this firearm. The included magazines and soft case show typical signs of use but remain fully serviceable.
