The firearm features a 26 inch spiral fluted barrel and receiver finished in a matte gray coating for durability and glare reduction. A black Picatinny rail is factory-installed on the receiver for the mounting of optics. Key markings on the left side of the receiver include MADE IN JAPAN / HOWA, WEATHERBY / SHERIDAN, WY, and VANGUARD. The right side of the receiver displays the serial number VB294393. The barrel is marked USE ONLY .300 WBY MAG. (WEATHERBY MAG.). The hinged floorplate is laser-engraved with the MeatEater logo featuring stylized antlers. The rifle is completed with a black rubber recoil pad bearing the Weatherby script logo. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The rifle is in excellent overall condition, appearing to have seen very little use. The matte gray finish on the barrel and receiver is well-preserved with only the most minor handling marks visible. The bore is bright with sharp, well-defined rifling. The synthetic stock is in excellent condition, maintaining its texture and camouflage finish without significant scratches or dings. The action appears to function correctly with a smooth bolt throw and a crisp trigger. The recoil pad remains supple. We have not function-tested this firearm.
