Lot 484:
A Lot of 250 Federal Cartridge .300 Winchester Magnum Spent Brass Casings
Sold for: $55
Description
This lot consists of a bulk collection of 250 spent centerfire rifle shell casings chambered for .300 Winchester Magnum. The collection is loose-packed and includes a variety of finishes, featuring both standard yellow brass and silver-toned nickel-plated brass cases. These components were manufactured by the Federal Cartridge company and are intended for reloading purposes after proper cleaning and resizing. Key markings visible on the headstamps include the manufacturer initials F C at the top and the caliber designation 300 WIN MAG at the bottom. The casings are in fired condition and retain their spent primers, showing typical signs of use such as carbon fouling at the case mouths and light surface tarnish.
Condition report:
The casings are in fired, unprocessed condition. Most items exhibit carbon residue and varying degrees of surface oxidation or tarnish consistent with once-fired brass. Occasional minor dents or dings from the ejection process may be present on the case bodies or rims. The spent primers remain seated in the primer pockets. The items are inert components.
