Description
This lot features a Springfield Armory XD-S Mod.2 OSP semi-automatic pistol chambered in .45 ACP, designed as a compact concealed carry firearm. The pistol is equipped with a 3.3-inch barrel and features a black Melonite finish on the slide paired with a black textured polymer frame. Key markings include the model designation XDS-45ACP, 3.3, and Mod 2 on the left side of the slide, while the right side is marked SPRINGFIELD ARMORY U.S.A. The serial number BK201795 is present on the barrel hood, the front right of the slide, and on a metal plate on the underside of the frame. Additional frame markings specify MADE IN CROATIA and SI GENESEO, IL. The firearm is fitted with a fiber optic front sight and a tactical-rack serrated rear sight, with the OSP designation indicating the slide is factory milled for optics. Included with the pistol are one 5-round stainless steel magazine, one 6-round extended stainless steel magazine, a branded zippered soft case, the original cardboard shipping box with a matching serial number label, a cable lock, an owner’s manual, and a factory test target. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The firearm is in excellent, lightly used condition. The black finish on the slide remains largely intact with only very minor handling marks. The bore is bright with sharp, well-defined rifling. The textured polymer frame is in excellent condition with no significant wear or abrasions. The action appears to function correctly, though we have not function-tested this firearm with live ammunition. All included accessories appear to be in good to excellent condition.
