Lot 1195:
Winchester Varmint and Predator Ammunition .223 Remington 80 Rounds
Sold for: $70
Description
This lot features a total of 80 rounds of Winchester Varmint and Predator centerfire ammunition, divided into two 40-round retail value pack boxes. The cartridges are chambered in .223 Remington and are loaded with 45-grain Jacketed Hollow Point (JHP) projectiles, specifically engineered for high-velocity performance in varmint and predator hunting applications. Each cartridge utilizes a standard reloadable brass casing and a non-corrosive primer. Prominent markings on the cardboard packaging include “WINCHESTER”, “223 REM 45 GRAIN JACKETED HOLLOW POINT”, “VARMINT & PREDATOR”, and “MADE IN USA”. Verbatim transcription of the headstamps on the brass casings reveals the manufacturer and caliber as “WINCHESTER 223 REM”. The ammunition is organized and protected within two white foam trays per box.
Condition report:
The ammunition and original packaging are in good, clean condition. The brass casings exhibit a bright factory finish with no signs of corrosion, oxidation, or tarnish, and the projectiles appear well-preserved. The primers are properly seated and appear factory fresh. The outer cardboard boxes show minor shelf wear and light handling marks, including some fraying at the edges and original retail price stickers, but remain intact and functional for storage.
