Description
This lot consists of forty rounds of Barnes Precision Match .338 Lapua Magnum centerfire rifle ammunition, organized into two boxes of twenty cartridges each. These premium factory-loaded cartridges are equipped with 300-grain Open Tip Match Boat Tail (OTM BT) projectiles, engineered for superior ballistic performance and long-range precision. The cartridges utilize high-quality brass cases that display distinct factory annealing at the neck and shoulder, ensuring consistent neck tension and durability. Verbatim markings found on the cartridge headstamps include BBR-15 and 338 LAPUA MAG. The projectiles are copper-jacketed and appear well-maintained within the factory packaging.
Condition report:
The ammunition is in excellent condition and appears live and ready for use. The brass cases retain a bright finish with no signs of corrosion, oxidation, or significant tarnishing. Projectiles are clean and free of deformation. The factory annealing is prominent and consistent across all visible rounds. The original cardboard boxes show light shelf wear, including minor scuffing at the edges and small impact dings at the corners, but remain completely functional and legible.
