Lot 1250:
Crosman Model 2200 Magnum Pump-Action Air Rifle .22 Caliber Pellet
Sold for: $55
Description
This is a Crosman Model 2200 Magnum pump-action air rifle chambered for .22 caliber pellets. The rifle is a multi-pump pneumatic design featuring a rifled barrel and a black finished receiver and barrel assembly. The furniture is constructed of brown synthetic material with a molded wood-grain pattern and checkering on the pistol grip and forearm to enhance handling. Sighting is provided by a fixed ramped front sight and an adjustable rear leaf sight mounted on the barrel. The left side of the receiver is prominently marked Crosman 2200 Magnum MODEL 2200 .22 CAL. PELLET and bears the serial number 882029245. The right side of the receiver features the Crosman Airguns logo and is marked A COLEMAN COMPANY FAIRPORT, N.Y. U.S.A. The rifle is fitted with a black plastic buttplate over a white spacer. As this is a pneumatic air rifle, we have not function-tested the internal seals or air retention capabilities.
Condition report:
The rifle is in good used condition overall. The black finish on the receiver and barrel shows minor surface wear, with some light scratches and small areas of finish loss along the edges. The brown synthetic stock and forearm are in good condition with scattered light scuffs and minor handling marks consistent with moderate use. The sights are intact and the mechanical pump action appears to function smoothly, though the item has not been tested for air pressure. The bore was not inspected.
