Description
This lot consists of 100 rounds of 5.56mm NATO centerfire rifle ammunition manufactured by PMC as part of their X-TAC product line. The ammunition is distributed across five factory boxes, each containing 20 individual cartridges. These rounds are loaded with 62-grain Light Armor Piercing (LAP) projectiles, distinguished by their characteristic “Green Tip” marking. The brass cases exhibit visible factory annealing at the neck and shoulder, and the primers are treated with a purple lacquer sealant for moisture resistance. Markings on the exterior packaging specify the caliber as 5.56 NATO and the load as 62 Grs. Green Tip-LAP with the product code 5.56K. Cartridge headstamps are transcribed verbatim as PSD 15, signifying manufacture by Poongsan Corporation with a 2015 date code.
Condition report:
The ammunition is in excellent and clean condition with no signs of corrosion, oxidation, or verdigris on the brass casings. The green identifier paint on the projectile tips remains intact and clearly visible. The individual cardboard boxes show minor shelf wear and light scuffing at the corners and edges, but they remain structurally sound with all printed text and warnings fully legible.
