Description

This Ruger Security-Six is a double-action revolver chambered in .357 Magnum, produced as a Bicentennial commemorative model. It features a 4-inch barrel equipped with a ramp front sight and an adjustable rear sight. The firearm is finished in blued steel and features black checkered synthetic wrap-around grips. Key markings include RUGER SECURITY-SIX and the Ruger logo on the right side of the frame, with .357 MAGNUM CAL. on the right side of the barrel. The left side of the barrel is marked STURM, RUGER & CO. INC. SOUTHPORT, CONN. U.S.A. while the left side of the frame is engraved MADE IN THE 200th YEAR OF AMERICAN LIBERTY. The six-shot cylinder has a single S marked on the rear face. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.

Condition report:

The blued finish shows moderate wear, with thinning and silvering apparent at the muzzle, the leading edges of the cylinder, and along the high points of the frame and trigger guard. A distinct drag line is present on the cylinder. The bore is bright with well-defined rifling. The double-action and single-action mechanisms appear to function correctly. The synthetic grips are well-preserved with sharp checkering.
