Gun Collectors Dream Auction #84 June 13th & 14th
Lot 1336:
Sold for: $85
Description
This lot consists of a collection of 520 spent brass cartridge cases chambered in 7.62x39mm, intended for use as reloading components. The collection includes cases from various manufacturers, with visible headstamps including Winchester and Prvi Partizan. Verbatim markings observed on the case heads include Winchester 7.62×39, PP 7.62×39, and KE 7.62×39. The brass is in once-fired condition and most cases still retain their spent primers. The lot is divided into four clear plastic bags, comprising one large Great Value brand storage bag and three smaller zip-top bags. These cases are Boxer-primed, making them suitable for the reloading process once they have been cleaned and processed.
Condition report:
The cartridge cases are in used, once-fired condition with varying degrees of natural surface tarnish and residue from previous firing. The brass appears overall serviceable for reloading, though it has not been polished, de-primed, or resized. No significant structural defects such as split necks or crushed bodies were observed among the visible cases in the bulk lot. Primers are spent, and the items are inert components.
