Sold for: $60
Description
This lot features a bulk quantity of 1,000 CCI No. 400 Small Rifle Primers, presented in their original manufacturer packaging consisting of one large brick and ten individual 100-count sleeves with plastic trays. These non-corrosive, non-mercuric primers are designed for use in small rifle cartridges, providing consistent ignition and clean-burning performance. The primary packaging is the signature CCI blue box with white and red lettering. Verbatim markings on the 1000-count box include CCI in red, PRIMERS 1000 AMORCES, SMALL RIFLE PRIMERS NO. 400, MADE IN USA, and the product code 13. The individual 100-count sleeves are similarly marked with 100 AMORCES. Each sleeve contains a white plastic grid holding the primers in a 10×10 arrangement. The primers themselves display a bright, clean metallic finish with clearly defined internal anvils.
Condition report:
The primers and their packaging are in excellent condition. There is no evidence of corrosion, oxidation, or moisture damage to the metallic primer cups or anvils. The cardboard brick and sleeves are well-preserved with minimal shelf wear, sharp corners, and clear, legible printing. The plastic trays are intact and hold the components securely. The primers appear to be factory-new and have been stored in a dry environment conducive to long-term stability.
