Description

This lot consists of 101 rounds of .30-30 Win remanufactured ammunition, presented in two plastic storage cases. The first container is a green MTM Case-Gard box containing 51 rounds featuring a variety of projectiles, including lead-tipped soft points, twelve rounds with red polymer tips, and a single copper-jacketed hollow-point. The lid of this box retains a label with the text MTM THE MTM MOLDED PRODUCTS COMPANY 3370 Obco Court Dayton, Ohio 45413 U.S.A. The second container is a clear plastic box housing 50 rounds, all of which are fitted with lead-tipped soft point projectiles. A handwritten label on the clear box lid provides loading data, transcribed as 120 GR 2b / 33 GR H335TNK / .30/30, indicating these rounds are likely hand-loaded using H335 powder and 120-grain projectiles. The brass casings are of various origins, though specific headstamps are not readily identifiable from the provided perspectives.

Condition report:

The ammunition appears to be in overall good condition and appears to be live. The brass casings exhibit some minor surface oxidation and expected tarnish from storage. The projectiles appear to be seated properly with no obvious damage to the tips. As this lot contains remanufactured ammunition, the rounds should be inspected for safety and consistency by a qualified professional before use.
