Description
This Simmons ProHunter Master Series riflescope is designed for versatile hunting applications, featuring a 3x to 9x variable magnification range and a 40mm wide-angle objective lens. The optic is finished in a durable matte black coating with a distinctive red accent ring surrounding the elevation turret and is equipped with a clean duplex reticle. Key markings include the brand name SIMMONS in orange on the side of the turret housing, while the eyepiece barrel is marked in gold-tone lettering with 3-9X40 WA, PROHUNTER, and Master Series. The magnification adjustment ring is graduated from 3 to 9, and the rear diopter adjustment is marked with a + 0 – scale. On the underside of the central housing, the scope is marked with the serial number 517711 and Manufactured in China.
Condition report:
The scope remains in good overall condition, with the matte black finish exhibiting minor surface wear and light scuff marks on the main tube from previous handling. The lenses appear clear and bright. The magnification adjustment ring and diopter adjustment turn smoothly with appropriate resistance, and the turret caps are present. The action of the adjustment dials appears to function correctly. No mounting rings are included with this lot.
