Description
This Bravo Company Manufacturing (BCM) AR-15 complete upper receiver assembly is chambered for 5.56 NATO and is designed for compatibility with standard AR-15 lower receivers. The assembly features a 16-inch barrel with a black finish, equipped with a standard A2-style birdcage flash hider and a pinned A2 front sight base. Barrel markings specify HP MP 1/7 5.56 NATO, indicating high-pressure and magnetic-particle testing with a 1 in 7-inch twist rate. The upper receiver is constructed from black anodized aluminum and displays a square forge mark. Key markings include the BCM logo and trademark symbol on the left side of the receiver, while the included bolt carrier group features a stenciled BCM logo. The charging handle is equipped with an extended tactical latch and bears BCM markings. The assembly is fitted with a VLTOR quad-rail handguard marked VLTOR on the underside, which is populated with alternating black and grey polymer rail covers and an additional riser rail section on the top Picatinny surface. This lot consists of the complete upper receiver assembly only; no lower receiver or magazine is included. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The upper receiver assembly is in good overall condition, showing signs of light operational wear. The black anodized finish on the receiver and handguard remains largely intact, with minor silvering and finish loss observed on the Picatinny rail contact points and around the ejection port. The barrel\'s exterior finish is well-preserved with no visible signs of corrosion or pitting. While the bore was not inspected, the external condition suggests light usage. The bolt carrier group and charging handle show typical mechanical wear from cycling. All polymer rail covers are intact and secure. The action appears to function correctly, although we have not function-tested this assembly with live ammunition.
