Description
This lot features 100 rounds of Sellier and Bellot .308 Winchester centerfire rifle ammunition, comprising five factory boxes containing 20 rounds each. The cartridges are loaded with 147-grain (9.55g) Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) projectiles designed for consistent flight performance and reliability in bolt-action and semi-automatic rifles. Each round utilizes a factory-new, boxer-primed brass casing and non-corrosive propellants. Prominent markings on the black cardboard packaging include the manufacturer name Sellier and Bellot, Rifle Ammunition, 308 WIN., 147grs 9,55g, FMJ, and product number No. 2908. Verification of the ammunition is further provided by the headstamps on the brass casings, which are verbatim marked S and B and 308 W. The cartridges are held securely within white plastic internal dividers inside each box.
Condition report:
The ammunition and its original packaging are in excellent condition. The brass casings exhibit a bright, factory-clean finish with no visible signs of corrosion, oxidation, or significant tarnishing. The projectiles are properly seated and maintain a consistent factory appearance. The cardboard boxes are structurally sound and display only minor shelf wear with light scuffing at the corners and edges. All 100 rounds appear to be live and well-maintained.
