Description
This lot features a desktop 4-axis mini CNC machine, model CNCST2030AT4, designed for routing, engraving, and milling applications. The machine is constructed with a machined aluminum frame and t-slot bed, utilizing steel guide rails and plastic cable drag chains for wire management. The gantry is equipped with NEMA 23 stepper motors manufactured by Sumtor, model 57HS41208408-01KJ. The spindle motor includes a safety warning label and an ER collet system. An external black metal control box provides the power interface, featuring a red power rocker switch, a green spindle switch, a variable speed control dial (0-100), and a large red emergency stop button. The rear panel of the controller includes a USB-B interface port, an IEC power input marked for 110VAC, and dedicated ports for X, Y, Z, and A axes, as well as spindle and tool height sensor connections.
The assembly is accompanied by a collection of accessories including a detachable rotary 4th axis unit with a 3-jaw chuck and dedicated stepper motor, and a matching adjustable tailstock. Tooling consists of six sets of assorted end mills, drill bits, and engraving bits housed in plastic cases. Workholding hardware includes t-slot step blocks and bolts, along with two additional aluminum mounting plates. Also included are two open-ended wrenches, two knurled alignment punches, a Z-probe tool height sensor with an alligator clip, a USB flash drive, and spare fuses. Educational materials provided are two hardcover reference books: CNC Machining Handbook by James Madison and Programming of CNC Machines by Ken Evans, John Polywka, and Stanley Gabrel.

Condition report:
The machine is in used condition with visible accumulation of wood dust and fine debris on the bed and gantry from previous use. Minor surface oxidation is present on various steel fasteners, the rotary chuck, and several included tools. All cables and connectors appear to be in good physical condition. The unit is untested and sold as-is for parts or restoration.
