Description
This lot features 100 rounds of Federal American Eagle .223 Remington centerfire rifle ammunition. The load utilizes a 55 grain full metal jacket (FMJ) projectile, primarily intended for target and range applications. The cartridges are contained within five individual cardboard boxes of 20 rounds each. The black packaging is decorated with a bald eagle graphic and the silhouette of an AR-style rifle. Verbatim markings on the boxes include American Eagle, 223 REM., 55 GRAIN FMJ, and the product code AE223J. The side panels are marked AR 223 and 20 CENTERFIRE RIFLE CARTRIDGES.
Condition report:
The ammunition is in overall good condition and appears to be factory-new stock. The brass cases are clean and bright, exhibiting no signs of corrosion or oxidation. The projectiles are firmly seated. The cardboard packaging shows light shelf wear, including minor scuffing to the finish and slight softening of the corners, but remains structurally intact.
