Description

This lot consists of three detachable box magazines for centerfire rifles, all featuring a blued steel finish. The magazine positioned in the center features dual side-release latches, which is a characteristic feature of the Remington Model 700 Detachable Magazine (DM) system. The two flanking magazines, located on the left and right, exhibit a single vertical strengthening rib on their sides, a design consistent with magazines for the Browning BAR series or Winchester Model 88 rifles. No manufacturer markings or caliber designations are clearly visible on the exterior surfaces of the magazine bodies. The items are constructed from pressed steel with either steel or polymer followers.

Condition report:

The magazines are in good overall condition with some signs of light to moderate use. The blued finish remains largely intact, though it shows some thinning and light surface scratches from handling and insertion into a firearm. The magazine on the right exhibits a small patch of light surface oxidation and minor rust on one side. Small amounts of lint, dust, and debris are present on the followers and within the magazine bodies. The followers appear to operate correctly under spring tension.
