Description
One laminate wood stock for a bolt-action rifle featuring a gray and black pepper laminate pattern throughout. The stock is inletted for a right-hand action with a tang safety cutout and a blind magazine well, consistent with the design of a Savage Model 11 or similar short-action rifle. The construction includes an integrated black-finished metal trigger guard attached to the underside and a black rubber recoil pad fitted to the butt. Two steel sling swivel studs are present, with one on the forend and one on the buttstock. No manufacturer markings, model names, or serial numbers are present on any visible surface or within the interior inletting. The design and finish are characteristic of the Boyds Classic Pepper series stocks for bolt-action rifles.
Condition report:
The stock is in good condition with minor surface scuffing and light handling marks consistent with light field use. The laminate layers appear tight and well-bonded with no signs of cracking or splitting. The metal trigger guard shows some light finish thinning on the edges. The recoil pad remains flexible and is firmly attached.
