This lot consists of a collection of eight magazines designed for the AR-15 and M16 platform, chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO and .223 Remington. The group includes two Strike Industries black polymer magazines with textured bodies and Strike Industries markings on the floorplate and body. Also included is one Hexmag Series 2 dark gray polymer magazine featuring a distinctive hexagonal texture and an orange follower, and one Troy Industries tan polymer magazine with a green follower, marked Troy Industries Inc. Part Number MAG-30-00. A single short-capacity black metal magazine with an orange follower is present. Three magazines remain in their original manufacturer’s plastic packaging: one ASC (Ammunition Storage Components) 30-round aluminum magazine with a Black Marlube finish and orange follower (part number 30-223-AL-BM-O-ASC), and two CProducts Defense 30-round aluminum magazines (part number 30 230 01 175DSC). Construction materials range from high-impact polymer to aluminum with various follower colors indicating internal design revisions.
Condition report:
The magazines range in condition from good used condition to new in original packaging. The Strike Industries, Hexmag, and Troy polymer magazines show light handling marks but no significant cracks or damage. The metal magazines, both loose and packaged, show typical finish patterns associated with aluminum construction. The packaged ASC and CProducts Defense magazines appear to be in new, unused condition. Followers in the unpackaged magazines appear to move freely under spring tension.
