Description
This Sig Sauer P225 is a semi-automatic, hammer-fired pistol chambered in 9mm Parabellum featuring a 3.6 inch barrel. The firearm is constructed with a black finish on the slide and frame, complemented by textured black polymer grips. It is fitted with aftermarket Trijicon night sights, with the front sight featuring a luminescent green fiber optic insert. Verbatim markings on the left side of the slide include SIG SAUER and SIGARMS INC. Exeter-NH. The right side of the slide is marked P 225, MADE IN GERMANY, and bears the serial number M 631019. This matching serial number, M 631019, is also visible on the barrel hood and the right side of the frame. The frame further displays German proof marks, including an eagle over N and a KF date code indicating manufacture in 1995. This lot includes 2 mags, both of which are single-stack metal magazines bearing the SIG SAUER mark. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The pistol shows visible surface wear and light scratching on the slide and frame consistent with regular use, though no significant rust or pitting is apparent. The black finish is largely preserved across the major surfaces. The textured polymer grips remain in good condition with no cracks or significant chips. The aftermarket Trijicon sights are intact and the front fiber optic insert is present. The bore was not inspected. The action appears to function correctly, but we have not function-tested this firearm. The two included magazines show light finish wear.
