Description

This lot consists of a collection of 223 rounds of .25 Auto (6.35mm Browning) centerfire ammunition produced by PMC, Western, and Sellier and Bellot. The inventory includes two boxes of PMC Bronze 50-grain full metal jacket (FMJ) ammunition, two boxes of Western X centerfire cartridges, and one box of Sellier and Bellot 3.3-gram 50-grain FMJ cartridges. Headstamps are transcribed verbatim as P M C 2 5 A U T O, W – W 2 5 A U T O, and S & B 6 . 3 5 B R. The PMC rounds are held in black plastic trays, the Western rounds are contained loose within their original yellow and red cardboard packaging, and the Sellier and Bellot rounds are organized in green plastic trays. All cartridges utilize round-nose full metal jacketed projectiles seated in brass cases. The Western cartridges are notable for their red primer sealant. This grouping represents a variety of production suitable for use in semi-automatic pocket pistols chambered in .25 ACP.

Condition report:

The original cardboard packaging for all three manufacturers shows moderate shelf wear, including edge fraying, minor crushing, and surface staining. The cartridges themselves are in good condition with varied brass finishes; some rounds exhibit light surface oxidation and tarnish consistent with age. All primers appear seated correctly, and the Western rounds retain their red sealant. The ammunition appears to be live and well-preserved.
