Sold for: $20
Description
The Crosman Model 2100 Classic is a multi-pump pneumatic air rifle designed for firing both .177 caliber pellets and BBs in a repeater configuration. This specimen features a black-finished metal receiver and barrel, complemented by a brown synthetic stock and forend with wood-grain texturing. The synthetic furniture is further detailed with white spacers at the grip cap and buttplate. Sighting is provided by a ramped front blade and a rear leaf sight that is adjustable for elevation. Prominent markings on the left side of the receiver include the model designation Crosman 2100 Classic and .177 CALIBER PELLET/BB REPEATER, along with the serial number 195802951. The right side of the receiver bears the manufacturer name and address, Crosman Airguns, E. Bloomfield, NY USA 14443, as well as the model designation Model 2100 and a safety warning to read the owner manual. The rifle is equipped with a push-button safety situated at the rear of the trigger guard. Note – As an antique or black powder firearm, this item does not require a background check.
Condition report:
The rifle is in used condition, showing signs of moderate wear. The black finish on the metal barrel and receiver displays scattered areas of surface oxidation and light pitting throughout. The brown synthetic stock and forend remain structurally sound but show numerous scuffs, scratches, and small abrasions consistent with regular handling and use. The action appears to cycle normally, and the trigger mechanism functions, although the pneumatic compression system has not been pressure tested for air retention or firing performance. The sights are intact and the rear adjustment is operational.
