Description
This is a Taurus Raging Hunter double-action revolver chambered in .44 Magnum, configured as a high-performance hunting handgun. It features an 8.375-inch barrel housed within a matte black shroud that incorporates factory porting at the muzzle and an integral Picatinny rail along the top of the bore. The firearm presents an attractive two-tone aesthetic, pairing a silver-toned frame with a matte black finish on the six-round capacity cylinder and barrel shroud. It is equipped with a black rubberized ergonomic grip featuring textured panels designed for enhanced control. Mounted to the top rail is a Vortex Crossfire II 2-7×32 scope. Prominent markings include RAGING HUNTER on the left side of the barrel shroud and TAURUS BAINBRIDGE, GA on the right. The right side of the frame is stamped with the manufacturer logo, TAURUS ARMAS MADE IN BRAZIL, and the serial number AED332030, which is also present on the barrel shroud. The right side of the barrel shroud is further marked CAL. 44 MAG. This lot includes the original serialized factory box, a brown leather-style zippered carry case, a cable lock, the owner’s manual, and promotional materials. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The firearm is in excellent, like-new condition. The two-tone finish is extremely well-preserved with no significant scratches, thinning, or holster wear visible on the frame, cylinder, or barrel shroud. The bore is bright with sharp, well-defined rifling and no evidence of pitting. The rubberized grip remains supple with crisp texturing. The action appears to function correctly with proper timing and lockup, though we have not function-tested this firearm. The Vortex optic features clear glass and a crisp reticle. All included accessories and the factory box are in very good to excellent condition.
