Description
This Colt Mustang Pocketlite is a compact semi-automatic pistol chambered in .380 Auto, configured for concealed carry. It features a 2.75 inch barrel and a two-tone finish consisting of a brushed stainless steel slide and a matte gray alloy frame. The pistol is fitted with black checkered polymer grips that include silver-toned Colt medallions. Key markings include the model designation on the left side of the slide engraved —COLT 380 AUTO— over MUSTANG POCKETLITE, and the serial number PL60302 stamped on the left side of the frame. The barrel hood is marked CAL 380 and the right side of the frame bears the manufacturer information COLT’S PT. F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD, CONN. U.S.A. Additional markings include a VP proof mark and a P on the trigger guard. The firearm is equipped with fixed low-profile sights and includes one detachable 6-round magazine with a floorplate marked COLT .380 AUTO. alongside the rampant colt logo. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The pistol is in overall good condition. The brushed stainless steel slide shows minor handling marks and light surface scratches consistent with use. There is visible light oxidation within the slide serrations. The matte gray alloy frame retains the majority of its finish with only minor wear at the edges. The black polymer grips are in excellent condition with sharp checkering. The bore was not inspected. The action appears to function correctly, though we have not function-tested this firearm.
