Description
This lot features 80 rounds of Remington Hi-Speed .22-250 Remington centerfire ammunition, comprised of four individual boxes containing 20 cartridges each. These factory-loaded rounds are fitted with 55-grain soft point bullets. The packaging includes three green boxes and one blue box, representing different eras of Remington commercial branding. Markings on the end flaps of the boxes include the manufacturer and caliber designation 22-250 REMINGTON along with 55 GRAIN SOFT POINT, INDEX 0250, and KLEANBORE PRIMING. The brass casings are headstamped with the verbatim marking R-P 22-250 REM. One box is open, showing the internal grid divider and 20 cartridges. A vintage price sticker from Rio Grande Hdwe. is visible on the top of one green box, providing a historical retail connection.
Condition report:
The ammunition is in good condition, with the brass casings and copper-jacketed bullets showing minor surface oxidation and a natural aged patina consistent with long-term storage. All cartridges appear to be live and are factory-loaded. The cardboard boxes show moderate shelf wear, including surface scuffing, edge fraying, and light staining, but they remain structurally sound with all printed text clearly legible.
