Description
This is a single-shot break-action shotgun manufactured by Amadeo Rossi in Brazil and imported by Braztech. It is chambered for 12-gauge shells with a 3-inch chamber. The firearm features a 28-inch blued barrel with a fixed modified choke and a single brass bead front sight. The receiver also has a blued finish and is equipped with an external hammer and a cross-bolt safety located behind the trigger. The furniture is comprised of a smooth wood buttstock and matching forend, both fitted with sling swivel studs. The stock is finished with a black textured plastic buttplate featuring the Rossi logo. Verbatim markings on the top of the barrel include A. ROSSI S.A. 12 GA. 3″ MOD. while the right side of the receiver is marked BRAZTECH, L.C. MIAMI, FL. and the left side reads MADE IN BRAZIL. The serial number S12 SP042075 is stamped on the underside of the receiver frame. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The blued finish on the barrel and receiver is in good condition, showing minor surface wear and light handling marks consistent with normal use. The wood stock and forend are well-preserved with a few scattered small dings and shallow scratches but no cracks or significant damage. The bore is bright and clean. The break-action mechanism operates smoothly, and the hammer and safety appear to function correctly, although the shotgun has not been function-tested with live ammunition.
