Description
This lot consists of 100 rounds of 7.62x39mm Soviet centerfire rifle ammunition divided into five individual boxes of twenty rounds each. The collection features four boxes of Federal American Eagle brand ammunition and one box of Winchester USA brand ammunition. The Federal boxes are labeled as containing 124 GR. METAL CASE BULLET with the product identification NO. A76239A and the additional marking of 20 RIFLE CARTRIDGES 20 CARTOUCHES. Verbatim headstamps on the brass-cased Federal cartridges read F C and 7.62×39. The Winchester box is marked as 123 GR. FULL METAL JACKET with the code Q3174 and contains cartridges with headstamps marked WINCHESTER and 7.62×39. The ammunition is organized in red plastic and white cardboard internal trays. Several boxes retain vintage price stickers from Sportsmen’s Supply.
Condition report:
The ammunition appears in very good, clean condition. The brass cases remain bright with no significant signs of corrosion or tarnishing. The full metal jacket projectiles are properly seated and free of visible defects. The cardboard packaging exhibits minor shelf wear and light scuffing consistent with age, though the boxes remain structurally sound. The internal trays are intact and properly secure the cartridges. This is live ammunition and has not been function-tested.
