Description
This lot features a brand new Springfield Armory XD-9 semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm, designed for service and self-defense. It is equipped with a 4-inch barrel and a slide with a black Melonite finish, fitted to a black polymer frame that includes a textured grip and an integral accessory rail for mounting lights or lasers. The pistol features three-dot sights, a grip safety, and a trigger safety. Verbatim markings include XD-9 on the left side of the slide and SPRINGFIELD ARMORY U.S.A. alongside the serial number BB553573 on the right side of the slide. The barrel hood is marked BB553573 cal.9×19, and the frame bears the markings SPRINGFIELD INC. GENESEO, IL. and HS PRODUKT, MADE IN CROATIA. A metal plate on the underside of the frame also displays the serial number BB553573. The firearm is accompanied by its original factory packaging, which includes two stainless steel magazines, a branded soft carrying case, a cable lock, an owner’s manual, a red chamber flag, and the original cardboard box with a matching serial number label. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The firearm is in brand new, excellent condition. The black finish on the slide is consistent and shows no visible wear or thinning. The polymer frame is pristine with sharp texturing on the grip surfaces. The bore is bright with sharp, well-defined rifling. The action appears to function correctly with positive safety engagement, though we have not function-tested this firearm. All included accessories appear unused and are in excellent condition.
