Description
This lot features a collection of 160 rounds of 7.62 x 39mm centerfire rifle ammunition, composed of both brass-cased and lacquered steel-cased cartridges. The ammunition is organized within two green plastic flip-top cases and includes three original cardboard boxes. The brass-cased rounds are headstamped WINCHESTER 7.62×39 and utilize Boxer primers with copper-jacketed bullets. The steel-cased rounds feature a brown lacquer finish and are headstamped with factory codes 71 92, signifying production in factory 71 in 1992, and utilize Berdan primers. Verbatim markings on the packaging include the light blue Sellier and Bellot boxes labeled 20 pcs 7,62 x 39 PRIMERS 5,5 MM BERDAN NON – CORROSIVE, NON EROSIVE MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC and the brown cardboard box marked CENTERFIRE AMMUNITION NON-CORROSIVE CAL. 7.62 x 39 HP L. C. B. 123 GR. BALL MADE TO HUNTING SPECIFICATIONS KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. The ammunition consists of varying projectile types including ball and hollow point configurations as specified on the packaging.
Condition report:
The ammunition and cases are in good overall condition. The brass cases are clean and free of significant oxidation, while the brown lacquered steel cases exhibit a consistent finish without signs of rust or degradation. Primers are all properly seated and appear live. The cardboard boxes show minor age-related wear, including soft corners and light creasing, but all text remains legible. The plastic storage cases are functional and intact.
