Description
The Taurus Model 94 is a double-action nine-shot revolver chambered in .22 Long Rifle, suitable for target shooting or small game hunting. This firearm features a 4-inch barrel with a full-length top rib and is equipped with a fixed ramp front sight and a micro-adjustable rear sight. The metal surfaces display a polished blued finish, while the hammer and trigger show distinct case-hardened colors. The revolver is fitted with two-piece checkered wood grips featuring gold-colored Taurus medallions. Key markings include the manufacturer and origin stamped on the left side of the barrel as TAURUS-BRASIL and the caliber on the right as CAL. 22 L.R. The right side of the frame bears the Taurus logo along with the importer markings TAURUS INT. MFG. MIAMI, FL. – USA and MADE IN BRAZIL. The serial number LI17989 is clearly visible on the right side of the frame, and the model designation 94 is stamped inside the crane. Included with the revolver is a brown, soft-sided zippered carry case marked CROSSHAIRS with a yellow target logo. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The blued finish is in very good condition, showing only light holster wear at the muzzle and minor thinning on the high edges and leading surfaces of the cylinder. The bore is bright with sharp, well-defined rifling. The checkered wood grips are well-preserved with crisp texture and minimal handling marks. The case-hardened finish on the hammer and trigger remains vibrant. The action appears to function correctly in both single and double action, although we have not function-tested this firearm.
