Description
This is a Taurus Model PT 92 AF semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Parabellum, featuring a 5 inch barrel and a traditional double-action/single-action operation. The firearm is finished in a matte black coating on the slide and frame, complemented by smooth wood grip panels that include inset brass-colored Taurus medallions. Notable markings on the left side of the slide include TAURUS INT. MFG. INC. MIAMI, FL. and a circular logo containing the words TAURUS and BRASIL. The right side of the slide is marked FORJAS TAURUS S.A. MADE IN BRAZIL and PT 92 AF CAL. 9mm PARA. The serial number TLK 86352D is clearly visible on the left side of the frame. The pistol is configured with fixed three-dot sights, an ambidextrous frame-mounted safety and decocker lever, an external hammer, and a lanyard loop integrated into the frame. Included with the lot is one 10-round Mec-Gar detachable box magazine marked PT 92 and MEC-GAR with numbered witness holes from 1 to 10. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The pistol is in good used condition. The matte black finish displays light surface wear, with minor scratches and thinning at the muzzle and along the sharp edges of the slide. The wood grip panels are in good condition with minor handling marks and no visible cracks. The bore is bright with sharp rifling and shows no evidence of corrosion or pitting. The action appears to function correctly, with the slide reciprocating and the trigger and safety mechanisms operating as intended, though the firearm has not been function-tested with live ammunition. The magazine shows minor finish wear from insertion and removal.
