Description
This lot features a collection of 100 rounds of Winchester Super-Target 12-gauge shotgun ammunition, comprised of four individual 25-round boxes from the USA 250 Years Limited Series commemorative collection. The series is titled A Tribute to the American Legacy and celebrates the American worker through distinct illustrated packaging. This set includes Series 1 of 9 featuring a cowboy, Series 3 of 9 depicting a combine harvester, Series 7 of 9 with a utility lineman, and Series 8 of 9 showing an excavator. The ammunition consists of 2 3/4 inch shells loaded with 1 1/8 ounces of shot. The performance specifications vary by box: Series 1 and Series 7 are Light Target Loads with a velocity of 1145 FPS, while Series 3 and Series 8 are Heavy Target Loads with a velocity of 1200 FPS. Shot sizes include #7 1/2 for Series 1 and 8, and #8 for Series 3 and 7. Condition report:
The ammunition and original retail boxes remain in excellent, unused condition. The cardboard packaging is crisp with only minor evidence of shelf wear or light scuffing to the corners. One box retains a small white inventory sticker on the front panel. The shotgun shells are clean, showing no signs of oxidation or corrosion on the metal heads and no discoloration of the red plastic hulls. The black printed identification on the shells remains bold and fully legible. All ammunition appears factory-loaded and live.
