Description
This lot consists of 200 rounds of PMC Ammunition Bronze series .223 Remington centerfire rifle cartridges, distributed across 10 factory boxes containing 20 rounds each. Each cartridge is loaded with a 55-grain full metal jacket boat-tail (FMJ-BT) projectile, producing a factory-published muzzle velocity of 2900 feet per second. The cartridges utilize reloadable brass casings and non-corrosive boxer primers. Verbatim markings observed on the packaging include PMC AMMUNITION, Bronze, 20 CENTERFIRE RIFLE CARTRIDGES, 223 REMINGTON, 55 Grain FMJ-BT, 2900 FPS MV, and WARNING: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. The cartridges feature headstamps transcribed as P M C on the upper portion and 223 REM on the lower portion.
Condition report:
The ammunition appears to be in factory-new condition and is considered live. The brass casings are clean and bright with no visible signs of corrosion or tarnish. Projectiles are correctly seated with no evidence of damage or oxidation. The cardboard packaging shows minor signs of shelf wear and handling, specifically light fraying and softening at the corners and edges, though all boxes remain structurally sound and functional.
